Our Rates

We offer a variety of rates and packages to fit your budget. Our free consultations are designed to not only estimate the cost of your project but to offer alternatives to work with your specific needs.

For any projects, retainer packages or hourly services, we furnish a signed contract stating project details, as well as a confidentiality statement.

General administrative tasks including basic word processing documents, easy spreadsheets, and simple power point presentations start at $30 an hour. If the project requires a higher degree of complexity, a detailed price quotation can be provided upon review of your requirements.

All first time customers are given a special 10% discount on the first invoice. A referral discount of 10% is given to anyone who refers a new customer that signs a new contract. For those who require on-going services we have special retainer rates at 3 levels to suit any business size.

• 20 hours a month $540.00

• 40 hours a month $1020.00

• 60 hours a month $1440.00

Our retainer packages are competitive with the small business in mind. We want to partner with you to ensure a strong and lasting relationship. We can deliver your finished product in a variety of methods designed to suit your needs and hectic schedule. The most common methods are CD, E-mail, ftp, fax, US mail, FEDEX or UPS.

We can accept payment via check, business check, money orders, or cashiers check.
